  11. File - Modify Import Option
  12.  
  13. On a file import, file descriptions are modified if the file name is
  14. found on the master database.  To indicate the minimum length of the
  15. filename (in characters), go to the Modify Import Option and change as
  16. desired.  The default is 4 characters.

  18. Generally the longer the field the more unique the filename.

  21. Search - Show

  23. Hitting enter on the Show option will toggle the search results between
  24. All files, and the Catalog files.  The Word Search still has to go
  25. through the entire database, non-cataloged files can now be excluded
  26. from display.  Likewise Browse, will quickly allow browsing through the
  27. Catalog files.
